Dr. Ken and his staff are awesome! Took my dog on for itching and scratching to find he's allergic to all the pollen in the air right now. Got a shot to help with that along with a topical for the irritated skin. He's doing much better less than 24 hours after our visit. Thank you Dr. Ken and staff!

Everybody at the vet service did a great job with my alleycat. she was overweight and with some work she was back to normal weight and she got her Med she needed for hyperthyroidism now she's a happy kitty cat. They're probably the best that I've ever worked with. I would recommend them to anybody

Their groomer Corina is superb, the best I've found in Madison. However, the rest of their operation has terrible customer service. The website is awful for making appointments. When my dog died I asked them to stop contacting me about overdue vaccines for him, but they contacted me anyway.

They spam WAY too many emails and phone texts for everything, it's so incredibly obnoxious. I've blocked like 3 numbers/emails from them and there's still more. The thing is that I still want yearly reminders which I might not get anymore. Oh and their online scheduling app is totally worthless. To reply to the below: My cat was in a month or so ago, I use different emails.
