Big thanks to the team. Rocky was so helpful in doing what he could to make sure the certificate for my cat was sent expeditiously after my vet’s error. It is amazing what the team is handling despite the limited resources they’re dealing with. Please know they are handling quite a lot of volume. Thank you again for making a stressful process a lot less and avoiding an exorbitant airplane change fee and all the other plan change fees.

Amazing 👏 We had to have our vet certificates endorsed to export our 3 pet rabbits to Italy - they require a ridiculous 48h turnaround for everything before departure. Exams in hand, we drove to Madison and showed up first thing in the morning. The staff was very friendly and professional. A few things got amended and well communicated (date format). Everything was ready within 2h. Pickup and dropoff boxes from 6AM-6PM, in-person office hours are 8AM-5PM. Getting in touch was difficult, though, as phone service is automated and emails land in spam folder. Be persistent and You shall succeed. Thanks APHIS Madison 👍

My paperwork was endorsed on the 5th of September and you said you shipped it out on the same day. The label I gave you is next-day air early from UPS. As of now if still stuck at "label created" which means UPS does not even have it yet. I am flying out in 2 days and my pet certificate is still not with me. You also did not answer emails or calls from my vet. Talking about stressing people out on their important travel with pets. Terrible!
