not slander if it’s true. Sorry. I took my responsibility where is the specialists? Where is the empathy sure wasn’t any over the phone two weeks gone by and I bet everyone there moved on not me. I wake up 4 am crying every morning my “senior” dog??? 8.5 tops and that’s old? I’ve had dogs that never came to your care live to the high double digits. 8.5 isn’t old. Thanks for undermining everything about this tragedy. As long as your team looks smart and everyone who makes complaints is hushed.

I took my dog here about eight months ago. She’s not here anymore. I wish The dermatologist team would’ve been more transparent about what they were giving my dog. It’s been two weeks I wake up every morning crying she had stomach cancer. The meds they gave my dog were not ment for a dog with an autoimmune disorder. They took down my other reviews for spam.definitely not spam.I was angry at the time but not anymore I’m disappointed and worried about other people’s dogs I drove two hours for this vet. She got in my face “Dr”. The one they are so happy to have. Yeah that dr. The same team that leaves for two weeks at a time no one is ever there. The events that took place here Evidently ended my dog’s short 8 1/2 year life. They asked what’s the point of leaving reviews. I guess they only wanted good ones. They said somones would call me back for a complaint it’s been two weeks. They sent me 75$ after they cost me around four thousand dollars to save my dog which they never said do an ultra sound blood work would have never told the devastating effects of cancer. What a gut punch that was. They push for blood work. I advise you also get a ultra sound. They said they didn’t kill my dog. But I promise you. They didn’t help. I’ll attach pictures so they can’t take this down. They blamed me on the phone said I denied blood work when I said I’d call them back to schedule when I have the day off. Very unprofessional and anything to not be held accountable. They only care about the reputation. Bethany is the only one there who cared about my Dazey girl. Thank you Bethany. Rest is the sweetest paradise my Dazey Mae. P.S.A It’s not slander or ruining a reputation if these things happend. The vets should know better PERIOD. Do better. They also said we deal with these things all the time and then followed it unfortunately. That says all I need to know. They three way called me and it was two agents one I stood no chance. Go anywhere else and I mean anywhere.

The care that our loved ones receive is exceptional. I know that the veterinary staff truly care about my beloved family members. It’s a comforting feeling to know that someone is there able to help in a time of need. Thank you all for what you do. Our family appreciates each and every one of you.

Said they were going to mail my pet’s paw prints, whiskers, and fur. After paying them 1000’s of dollars you’d think they’d ship those things tracked. A label costs like $4-5. Nope. They put a stamp on it and sent it off and now they’re gone. They also never once communicated these items would be shipped with a stamp otherwise I obviously would have picked them up. The last memories of my 19 yo cat are gone. They also kept saying “sympathy card” it wasn’t a sympathy card. It was my cat’s belongings. They’re two very different things. And again, now they’re gone. I can’t even find a way to look for them. 😭 Do better. Edit 8/28: My cat’s belongings were mis-addressed and returned to sender. While I wish there had better communication up front (its hard to think straight when you’re grieving) about how his things would be sent, I truly do appreciate the wonderful sympathy card and that MVS still held onto his things even after my frustrating review. I still do hope they will consider a tracked label and bubble mailer moving forward. Or be implicit in how things are delivered, especially when they’re this important. I will also say that even though I was extremely upset about the situation, I still deeply appreciate the care and compassion they gave my cat and our family throughout the entire process from emergency care though to his passing. Thank you for getting my Chubs things back to me. 🙏🏻

All the staff is very friendly. Dr Lau and her assistant explained everything and you could tell that they really cared about what I was going thru and took great care of our dog. Thank you.
